Filling Station Bar And Cafe American Restaurant

My brother, fiancé, and I came to check this out almost two years ago. The photos online are the same in person. Actually, it’s better in person! There’s so much to see. The place is very amusing and well thought out, despite the chaos of so many displays it came out well. You can say the owner spent a little bit on this place. Not sure if it’s suitable for all ages though since some figures look scary to me and mind you I’m 30 years old I love the unique retro experience! From the interior, to the food, the staff uniform, the music, plus you can eat inside one of their car display. I can’t remember what we ordered but you can see it in the pictures. I do remember though that the prices are a bit expensive maybe because it’s an American restaurant and it’s situated in Poblacion. Serving time is a bit long, if my memory serves me right. But all in all, it was a pleasant experience! I wouldn’t recommend bringing a car btw since we had a hard time parking cause the only one available is street parking. Someone is there to assist though, but it’s a bit of a hassle given the narrow and busy road of Poblacion. Might as well park conveniently somewhere near and just walk to get there.

Our sudden visit to Filling Station turned out to be a great experience. From the interiors, to the food, and even the free valet parking, everything was impressive. The food is on the pricier side, but the servings are big and definitely worth it. Everything we ordered tasted great. My hamburger was well-seasoned with a nice smoky flavor. We also had a banana split and an A&W Float, which made the whole experience more satisfying and honestly made me miss the United States. I will definitely come back here whenever I’m craving authentic American dishes.

The staff are very friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The place is also very entertaining, perfect for hanging out with friends or just enjoying the vibes. The food is okay..not the best, but definitely decent enough to match the lively atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want good service, a cool setting, and a fun time.

Our visits to Filling Station Bar and Café were overall very enjoyable. On our first trip, we didn’t try the food, but we had a great time drinking. If you’re visiting as a group of four or more, we definitely recommend ordering their drink tower. It’s a mix of juice and tequila, and even with just the two of us, finishing it was a challenge! The atmosphere can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there’s a lot happening around you, but the excellent service quickly makes the place feel welcoming. That first experience alone was worth a solid four stars. On our second visit, we finally tried their food. It was on the expensive side, but the quality made it worth it. We ordered camaro (baby back ribs) and presley’s pasta. Just keep in mind that the bill includes a 12% VAT and a 10% service fee.

We went here on a Saturday afternoon and got seated right away. However, the place can get crowded around dinner time. Wonderful ambiance and despite the amount of decor they had, it was clean and seemed well-maintained. They have an extensive menu from American to Filipino dishes. Serving size was generous and worth the price. The fried chicken and buffalo wings were dry, lumpia was good, calamares was cooked just right, lasagna was meaty, milkshake was really good, mango shake was sweet and fresh, other ones were okay. It’s great to know they are open 24/7.

Immediate yes! I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first about trying a diner in the Philippines ????????—but it ended up being the best decision of the day! Pure visual impact from the moment you walk in to the moment you step out . Every inch of the restaurant bursts with nostalgia—from the floors to the walls to the ceiling . The decor was clearly done with intention, the staff were beautifully dressed , and the music was absolute perfection . I ordered the garlic shrimp and it was spectacular! Even the side dishes were seasoned perfectly and full of flavor . The freshly squeezed orange juice was such a lovely surprise, and of course, I couldn’t leave without some ice cream for dessert . It’s open 24 hours, which is wild ! When I visited for lunch, it was calm and relaxing, but later that evening the place was packed—the entire street was alive with people and energy . A must-visit spot — you absolutely won’t regret it! ⭐

Food: What we ordered. 7/10 Chocolate Milkshake - not too sweet, just the right chocolate-y milky taste Burgers : I forgot on what we ordered, check the images for reference. I think it's the classic and their American Burger. It's meaty and juicy, but it lacks dressing. Nakakumay din pala ang lasa ng meaty burger Too much fries which is nakakaumay din It comes with a small amount of coleslaw (hope they can add more LOL) ⭕Street Parking only. Hirap mag-park saka napapaligiran kasi ng club so medyo busy ang street na to, saka di ko masabi kung safe nga ba Hope they can find a better location.
